The Institutional Accreditation Committee, established by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, paid an evaluation visit to the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tlemcen.

This committee is composed of distinguished individuals and experts in the medical field, including:

• Professor Rachid Latafi, Professor of Oral Pathology at the Faculty of Medicine in El-Bayadh, University of Beni M'Sous.

• Professor Zoubir Ahmed Fouataih, Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Oran.

• Professor Mourad Bouaziz, Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Annaba.

• Professor Leyla Laouar, Professor of Pulmonology at the University of Algiers.

The purpose of this visit is to evaluate the educational programs at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tlemcen to ensure their alignment with international medical education standards and to enhance their academic quality.

This process is part of the final phase of institutional accreditation, following the initial visit by the evaluation committee, which submitted its first report to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
